Fire Risk Assessment
Fire Risk Assessments: The Foundation of Your Fire Safety
Ensuring your premises are safe from fire risks starts with a Fire Risk Assessment. To comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, all employers and responsible persons must conduct a Fire Risk Assessment and keep it up to date.
At Ezra Safety Group, we make this process straightforward. Our expert fire risk assessors will complete your Fire Risk Assessment and any necessary reviews, ensuring your business meets legal requirements and maintains a safe environment.
What Does a Fire Risk Assessment Involve?
Our Fire Risk Assessment process includes:
- Site Inspection – We conduct a thorough inspection of your premises to assess existing fire safety measures, policies, procedures, and management records.
- Comprehensive Reporting – You’ll receive a Fire Risk Assessment Report based on the PAS 79 methodology, identifying all fire hazards and providing clear recommendations to eliminate or control risks.
- Action Plan – We outline necessary safety improvements, prioritising tasks by severity and urgency, with clear timeframes for completion.
Your Fire Risk Assessment Report also includes a Certificate of Conformity, demonstrating that your assessment was conducted by a qualified fire safety consultant.

With Ezra Safety Group, your Fire Risk Assessment is more than a one-time report—it’s a live document. Through our online portal, you can:

We also offer ongoing support. If you have questions after your Fire Risk Assessment, we’re happy to provide guidance via phone or online meetings.
