They went above and beyond to help assist any challenging queries which arose with our project, they understood the urgency of completing the assignment within a tight deadline and worked out of hours to ensure our report was generated on time.One of the highlights was their remarkable attentiveness. They were always prompt with their responses, the team's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the project. After recommendation, we selected Ezra to complete a Fire Risk Assessment Audit for our school. From quotes to the final report communication was really good, and the use of a shared drive to put all evidence in made the whole process slick and easy.
